An Unfunny Nation Mourns
I was terribly (and when I say terribly, I mean utterly) disheartened by the fact that nobody at trivia tonight had a team name making an unconscionably offensive joke about Hurricane Katrina.
Good lord, I would hate to have heard the team names on September 12, 2001.

This is way late, but I just wanted to say that when I went to play trivia a few weeks ago after the hurricane, names such as “Katrina and the Waves” and “20,000 Leagues Under the Superdome” were featured. So maybe it’s just ya’ll down south being afraid to poke fun.
