In Lieu of Posting Anything About What I’m Actually Thinking About Because That’s Not How We Do Things Anymore

It is an absolute shiite day today, as it has been for the last few days. I’m okay with this, though, because I will be coming home to a crock pot full of hot beef stew.
I also made bran muffins yesterday.
I also set a new record for groceries ($131). I didn’t post anything when I broke my old record a few weeks ago, though. Sorry.
I’m pretty sure yesterday was Take Your Redneck to Target Day. Somebody should have told them that they have Target out in bumblefuck, too, so stay out of my urban Target experience. I hate how rednecks laugh.
I don’t have much to do at work today. Nor, do I have anyone with whom to play tackle football or any number of games involving throwing or hiding stuffed AFLAC ducks.
Two weeks from now I will be (hopefully) on a plane between Minneapolis, MN and Billings, MT. I can’t wait. It’s been way too long since I’ve had a vacation. And Bridger Bowl is already open with 58″ of snow. I wonder what skiing is like when you’re actually in moderately good shape. Probably just as terrifying.
When I get back, it will be time to start trying to find a new apartment in earnest. Well, actually in Virginia-Highlands.
Gas was back under $2/gallon when I filled up my truck yesterday. Eat that, hippies!
Everyone else has shiny new designs.
Blah blah blah.
And finally, I am now terribly amused because TypePad’s spell checker doesn’t like “bumblefuck” and suggests that in its place you use “bumble fuck.”
