With mixed emotions, the Petoskey-Harbor Springs Area Community Foundation is sharing that Kassia Perpich has accepted a new position as Associate Director with Great Lakes Center for the Arts. Perpich, one of two Directors of Community Philanthropy here, joined the Community Foundation team in July 2016 bringing experience working with foundations in Boston, Chicago and Washington, DC.
In her six-plus years here, Kassia has refined our grantmaking processes, helped establish our PRI/Impact Investing Fund, built strong relationships with the people in her donor advised fund portfolio, collaborated with others to advocate for expanded public transit, and much more. Kassia will continue her work here until December 9, 2022.
While bittersweet, all of us at the Community Foundation celebrate this leadership opportunity for Kassia and know that our paths will continue to cross. From her professionalism and dedication to her work here at the Community Foundation, we are certain that Kassia will quickly become a valued team member at the Center and continue to do great work enriching our community.
