March 16, 2020:
Your Petoskey-Harbor Springs Area Community Foundation, along with other community organizations in northern Michigan, continues to monitor the status of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). We are also gathering information about local needs, particularly as widespread and necessary closures impact vital services to all members of our community.  Our mission is to improve the quality of life in Emmet County, and we are prepared to work alongside community leaders and partner organizations to help meet these emerging community needs.

Following the recommended community mitigation guidelines for the health and well-being of our staff and our community, we are strictly limiting in-person meetings. Our conference room, often used for community meetings, will be unavailable through April 6 or later as deemed necessary. As of March 16, your Community Foundation staff is conducting business (some remotely) during our regular business hours and are available by email and phone, (231) 348-5820.  If you need to come to our office, we ask that you please call ahead. Thank you in advance for your patience.

We will continue to post pertinent updates here and share local resource updates on our Facebook page. As information about COVID-19 and its implications are changing rapidly, we encourage you to use the following official resources for current information:
